The role involves leading the development, documentation, and improvement of the Years 7–10 curriculum to ensure alignment with the Victorian Curriculum and College policies. The position supports Learning Areas in designing inclusive, high-quality learning programs, integrates cross-curricular priorities, and uses data to evaluate curriculum effectiveness. It also promotes effective pedagogy through collaboration, sharing best practices, and supporting professional learning, including peer observation and the development of a whole-school pedagogical framework.
The ability to teach Maths and/or RE would be an advantage.
