We are actively seeking a reliable, skilled, and detail-oriented individual for a Full-time Maintenance Technician position in Orange County. The Maintenance Technician works closely with property and safety teams; this position helps keep programs and events running smoothly and reflects our commitment to quality and community well-being. Location: Home Site will be in Laguna Niguel but will be expected to travel to all sites in Orange County Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 am Purpose & Impact: Ensure Facility Readiness: ​​​​​Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance and housekeeping needs, ensuring a safe and functional environment. Promote Safety Compliance: Uphold health and safety standards by following established procedures, completing risk assessments, and promptly correcting deficiencies. Support Organizational Programs: Assist with branch program needs, including equipment setup and special event preparation, contributing to smooth operations. Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the property and safety teams on projects and goals that enhance overall facility performance. Maintain Operational Efficiency: Complete work orders, documentation, and maintain adequate supplies to support ongoing maintenance and custodial tasks. Official Job Description will be provided during the interview. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Age: 21+ years old. Education & Experience: 5 years experience as Maintenance Technician or in similar field. Specialized skill in one or more of the following areas; Electrical, Carpentry, General Contracting, or Project Management highly preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. 3 years of driving experience and clean driving record required.
