Key responsibilities: * Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse * Support care planning, prioritisation, and completion of delegated clinical tasks within scope of practice * Monitor, recognised, and report changes in patient condition, escalating appropriately * Maintain accurate clinical documentation and effective communication within the care team * Contribute to a collaborative, team-based approach to holistic patient care Essential Criteria * Enrolled (or eligible for enrolment) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia * Current (or eligible for) AHPRA practising certificate * Experience providing nursing care in a healthcare setting * Strong person-centred care approach * Effective communication and teamwork skills * Ability to prioritise workload and use clinical judgement within scope of practice Candidates are encouraged to view the Role Description below for more detailed information.
