SKILLS

  • Proven experience in teaching yoga classes with a strong understanding of various styles.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and engage students effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clear instructions on poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices to enhance the overall experience for participants.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring all equipment is in good condition and readily available for use.
  • Offer modifications and adjustments to poses as necessary, drawing on knowledge of anatomy to prevent injuries.
  • Foster a positive community atmosphere by encouraging open communication and feedback from students.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in yoga and wellness to continuously improve teaching methods.
