Responsibilities

Lead engaging Pilates Reformer, Mat and Yoga group classes and one-to-one private Yoga & Pilates sessions.
Offer personalized instruction and modifications to ensure safe, effective workouts.
Educate clients on Pilates principles, proper technique, and mind–body connection.
Create and maintain a positive, motivating studio atmosphere
Stay current on Pilates methods, trends, and industry best practices
Assist with equipment inspection, upkeep, and general studio organization
Support front-desk operations as needed with basic administrative duties
