Immediate Start with salary $88,000-90,000 pro rata

• Co-lead our Young Adult Day Program with creativity and care.
• Plan and run engaging group and 1:1 activities.
• Support families with NDIS navigation, advocacy, and referrals.
• Mentor and guide a small, passionate team.
• Ensure smooth program delivery and administration.
