We are seeking a dedicated, patient, and enthusiastic support worker to join our care team, providing support to a 21-year-old young woman living independently in her own home in Cringleford, Norwich.
She has been diagnosed with complex disorders, including mental health challenges, and can sometimes display behaviours that challenge. However, on her good days, she is bubbly, fun, and outgoing—a young adult determined to succeed and live life to the fullest.

She has a busy and active lifestyle, with hobbies and interests that include:

• Horse riding
• Escape rooms
• Football – she’s a passionate fan and loves attending as many games as possible

As part of the care team, you’ll provide support, ensuring her safety and wellbeing while helping her maintain her independence and enjoy the activities she loves.
