�� Location: South Gloucestershire
�� Hourly Rate: £17.50 (Weekends)
�� Employer: Directly employed by the young person
�� Supported by: JR Clinical Training & Case Management
Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in a young person’s life?
We are seeking a female Personal Assistant (PA) to support a vibrant and engaging young person with complex needs. You’ll work closely with her in South Gloucestershire, helping her thrive both at home and out in the community.

This is a rewarding and hands-on role supporting a young person who lives with:

  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Sensory processing needs
  • Executive function challenges

You’ll support her in:

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Female applicants only (Occupational Requirement, Equality Act 2010)
  • Full UK driving licence (use of the clients automatic vehicle)
  • Business insurance is required so must be over 25 years of age
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Experience supporting young people with complex needs
  • Able to swim
  • Strong Maths and English skills for educational support
  • Knowledge of or interest in horses
  • Non-smoker

DESIRABLE SKILLS

  • Comfortable with animals (especially dogs)
  • Confident using a computer
  • Experience managing or supporting behaviours that challenge
  • Great communication and listening skills
Responsibilities

DOMESTIC DUTIES

  • Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks
  • Help with light household tasks including cleaning, laundry, and changing bedding
