Salary: £24,862.50-£25,116.00 Per annum after probation Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9-5 with flexibility to cover outside these hours and some weekends               Contract type:  Permanent   A bit about us: ALABARÉ is a charity that provides accommodation and support for individuals experiencing homelessness and mental health challenges, including armed forces veterans, young people, adults and those with learning disabilities. ALABARÉ aims to break the cycle of homelessness by offering safe housing, mental health support, and pathways to independence. The charity has expanded its services across the South West and Wales, supporting thousands of people every year. All about the role: As a Young Person Support Worker, you will provide housing support and advice around accommodation, basic life skills, welfare benefits, health and personal issues; all allowing the service user to work towards independent living.  Working as part of a team for the well-being of service users, holding regular activities by enabling a user led approach to managing the project.
