A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE
Action for Children’s Floating Support service is based in Omagh with an outreach office in Enniskillen (which is where this role will be based) and covers the Omagh and Fermanagh areas.
The Floating Support Service is funded by Supporting People to provide assistance to young people aged 16-25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and to young people Leaving Care aged 18-25. We develop individual, outcomes focused support plans with each young person to help them develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to live independently and to contribute positively to their community.
The Service’s core hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with some evening and weekend work and this role is offered on a 30 hours a week basis so there can be some flexibility on actual working hours. There will also be an on call allowance of £700, pro rata.
PLEASE NOTE WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER VISA SPONSORSHIP FOR THIS ROLE.
There are five sections to complete: Personal Details, CV, Supporting Statement & Information, Equality & Diversity, Submission & Declaration.
