Are you an experienced Residential Support Worker with at least a years experience in a children’s home?
We are looking for staff who can help the young thrive and fulfil their potential.
Our clients specialise in supporting children and young people with a range of emotional & behavioural difficulties, mental health and challenging behaviours.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build trusting, respectful relationships that empower clients to achieve their goals.
  • Deliver therapeutic and person-centred care.
  • Support clients in managing their finances, attending appointments, and engaging in the community.
  • Promote independence while maintaining appropriate boundaries and routines.
  • Complete and maintain care plans, risk assessments, and other administrative duties.
  • Encourage participation in daily activities, household tasks, and social opportunities.
  • Liaise with social workers and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
  • Uphold all safeguarding and duty of care policies.

JOB ROLE:

· Monitor the children’s physical and emotional well-being.
· Provide person-centred support.
· Support with household duties, such as cooking and cleaning.
· Assist the children in developing and maintaining positive relationships in the community.
