We Care Bespoke are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. We are currently hiring for multiple positions, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and young people.
The ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience working in a residential setting with children.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18 years or older (essential)
• Legal right to work in the UK (essential)
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
• Minimum of 12 months experience in a UK healthcare or social care setting (essential)
• Experience supporting children and young people (essential)
• Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People (essential)

KEY SKILLS:

• Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with children and their families
• Prior experience in childcare or similar roles (highly desirable)
• Ability to safely transport children when required
• Competent in creating and following personalised care plans
• Confident in using IT systems for documentation and communication
