AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Supporting the operational objectives of the Accounting Department and the company
• Computation and processing of the bimonthly PH payroll
• Creation of sales invoices and reconciliation of cash collections (PH)
• Systematic recording and monitoring of the Company’s cash flow and services, in compliance with legal requirements
• Serve as a Liason to Government and Banking institutions in conducting business-related transactions
• Creation and review of BIR returns (i.e. BIR 2307, BIR 2316)
• Handling and processing of accounts payable
• Accounts clarification (General ledger accounts, customer accounts, vendor accounts)
• Daily processing of purchase invoices
• Auditing and recording business transactions (bookkeeping)
• Systematic processing of reimbursement and cash advance request
• Monthly meeting with Leadership to discuss and align information pertaining to financial reports
• Minimum Qualifications: Pursuing degree or graduated in Business Administration, Economics, Accountancy or any related courses
• Commenced vocation training, preferably as a tax clerk or bookeeper
• High affinity in dealing with numbers
• Accuracy, patience and communication skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Experience in PH tax compliances and local payroll
• Background in Purchase Management
• Preferably with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central, quickbooks or SAP experience
• Proficient in using of MS tools (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, MS Teams)
• Nice to have: Professional experience in financial accounting – preferably in client accounting (tax subject)
• Willingness to learn and be trained
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
• Must be willing to carry out field work tasks for government and banking transactions.
