This program provides a unique opportunity for participants to gain real-world exposure to professional environments while developing leadership, communication, technology, and workplace readiness skills. Through virtual training sessions, mentorship, project-based learning, team collaboration, and career exploration activities, participants will gain valuable insight into how organizations operate and how professionals contribute to business success. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT * Attend virtual seminars and educational sessions. * Learn workplace etiquette and professional conduct. * Develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Participate in career exploration activities.
