We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse House Supervisor to join our team at Northeast Correctional Complex located in Mountain City, Tennessee The House Supervisor is responsible for providing supervision of nursing and support staff in a correctional setting. Additional responsibilities include providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients. The House Supervisor works under the direction of the Director of Nursing and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to identify and respond to a wide range of physical and mental health needs. Pay range is $40 to $50 per hour, depending on experience. Qualifications • Associate's degree required • Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state • Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) • Prior experience providing nursing care and working with a high degree of autonomy required • Prior experience in supervising nursing staff preferred • Correctional environment experience preferred • Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check Shift – Monday through Friday, business hours We offer excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits for our full-time team members including: Health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance 401(k) with company match Generous paid time off Paid holidays Flexible Spending Account Continuing Education benefits Much more...
