Your role & impact This role is more than just your typical SDR role! It's a structured entry point into a high-performance B2B SaaS sales career. You’ll be embedded in a small, high-impact team where you learn directly from seasoned sales professionals from day one. You’ll take real ownership - not just book meetings, but close your first deals too. This role is designed as a launchpad. The progression is clear and intentional: SDR → Account Executive → Enterprise Sales. You will have the opportunity to growth fast with coaching from experienced sales experts in Belgium, Norway & Denmark, not just a manager with a quota. You will work in close collaboration with many stakeholders - across internal Penneo teams and with external stakeholders. You will get exposure to the full early-stage sales cycle from day one. You will work with a market (Belgium) that is established and primed for its next growth phase. What you'll be doing: Own inbound deals end-to-end (smaller deals) - real responsibility from the start. Qualify high-value opportunities and book meetings for Account Executives.
