Work #LikeABosch Job Description Main objective of the job: Perform activities in Intercompany accounting area. Main attributions and responsibilities: Responsible with reconciliation of intercompany suppliers and customers; Responsible with solving intercompany dispute cases; Responsible with collection of overdue receivables; Responsible with issuing intercompany invoices; Prepares invoice attachments; Responsible for the process of sending invoices to customers; Responsible with the payment of due invoices; Responsible with posting incoming payments; Archives documentation in SAP; Support year-end closing activities; Support in writing and updating of work instructions; Ensure good communication with local unit; Reads, understands, and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company; Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior. Responsibilities

The main objective of the job is to perform activities in the intercompany accounting area, including reconciliation of intercompany suppliers and customers, and resolving disputes. Additional responsibilities include issuing invoices, collecting overdue receivables, and supporting year-end closing activities.
