We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Residential Services Youth Advocate Supervisor to provide leadership, guidance, and direct support to youth and staff during evening hours. The Residential Services Youth Advocate Supervisor oversees evening operations in our youth residential program, ensuring a safe and positive living environment. This role involves direct supervision of staff and youth, crisis intervention, and implementing program policies to support the emotional, behavioral, and social well-being of residents. What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference... Supports youth with developing daily living skills Supervises other youth advocate staff on shift Manages emergencies and ensures youth and staff’s safety while on shift Ensures that all shift logs, daily notes, incident reports, and any other required documents are completed within program guidelines for quality and timeliness Supports youth with developing daily living skills Driving is required.
