Description The Youth Advocate Supervisor oversees a team of Youth Advocates who provide direct support, mentorship, and advocacy for young people facing social, emotional, educational, or behavioral challenges. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, staff development, and compliance with program standards. What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference... • Supervise, coach, and support a team of Youth Advocates through regular check-ins • Provide crisis support and guidance to staff when complex youth situations arise. • Mentor, engage and ensure the safety of youth in the program • Uphold trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and youth-centered approaches in all aspects of the program.
