*This is a full time position, which includes a mandatory two weeks of training in North Grafton, MA M-F for 8 hours per day (40 hours).   *This position is for the 11PM-7AM shift, with varied days off depending on the needs of the program.    * Implement security procedures of the YMCA and unit as outlined in the Operations Manual. * Supervise and monitor residents in all activities of the program both on and off the unit. * Implement and supervise recreational activities. * Conduct proper intake procedures and termination of residents. * Keep accurate logs and records. * Maintain YMCA, DYS policies and procedures. * Supervise and assist in meal distribution. * Attend all scheduled full staff meetings and trainings as scheduled. * Intervene to prevent a crisis situation according to the Behavior Management Policy of the Unit. * Work as part of a team with co-workers. * Receive permission from Shift Supervisor or PIC before leaving the Unit to ensure proper staff coverage. * Report any suspected child abuse to the Shift Supervisor/and or Assistant Director. * Follow dress code policy. * Maintain work schedule as directed. * To assist other service corporation programs as directed. * Assume PIC (Person in Charge) responsibilities as assigned. * Ensure all fiscal policies and procedures such as petty cash, purchase orders, vouchers, and employee expenses are followed. * Emergency procedures (fire, safety and medical) are adhered to accordingly and posted on the unit. * Maintain and clean the unit, which includes the bedrooms, hallways, kitchen, offices and reception area.
