  Full and Part-time Shifts Available:  7a-3p, but mostly 3p-11p, 11p-7a,  Full and part time, all days FTs work at least 1 weekend shift generally Under the direction of the Shift Supervisor, the Youth Care Advocate is responsible and accountable for monitoring residents and for maintaining a safe and secure environment for both staff and residents.  He/she will reflect and display the character development core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.   Qualifications EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: ·          Must be 21 years of age. ·         High School education; related work experience. ·    Possess the ability to meet the program's physical needs, including restraining juveniles up to approximately 200 pounds.
