As a Youth Care Worker, you will provide direct supervision to all adolescent males ages 14 -18. You will serve as a role model and provide support & structure to the residents in our care. Daily Duties Supervise residents in their daily routines providing rewards and consequences as prescribed by our behavior management system Maintain routine order on dorm unit and during activities Address group concerns according to Positive Peer Culture standards and elicit positive change for residents Complete assessments, reviews and other documentation in a timely manner Adheres and participates in the safety program.
