Mountain Home Academy is a therapeutic residential treatment center for adjudicated and non-adjudicated adolescent males, ages 10-18 with sexually maladaptive behavior problems. Our program combines a positive culture, caring staff, therapeutic treatment, and numerous activities. The Job Under the direction of the Group Leader, the Group Living Staff will provide supervision, support and structure to students in the program. Group Living Staff supervise and assist students in all program related activities using professionally acceptable methods and techniques. Must be patient and have the ability to remain calm in difficult situations. Sequel TSI of Idaho services adolescent males, ages 10-18, with severe psychiatric, behavioral, and sexual disorders. Snapshot of Daily Duties Supervise and maintain routine order with students in their daily routines and activities. Conducts didactic groups using professionally prescribed methods and techniques to encourage positive change for students. Reports on student's individual plan of care, including goals and interventions. Transport students to on/off campus activities and maintain student count. Interacts with students in a professional manner to elicit positive change. Completes documentation requirements accurately and on time. Completes other reports, assessments, and reviews as assigned in a thorough and timely manner. Remains current in and initiates emergency procedures when required. Any other reasonably related duties as assigned by the Group Living Director and/or the Executive Director.
