Description

This supervisory role provides direct oversight of our 30-day Enhanced Respite Services program, which supports youth aged 12–21 with developmental disabilities. The program offers short-term stabilization services focused on helping clients work toward their goals, while also providing families with annual respite. Support areas may include complex behaviors, medical needs, and skills related to home and community living. The program operates in a two-bed residential setting.
This position reports to the Program Manager and is scheduled Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. It includes shared on-call responsibilities, which may involve providing support to our on-site Out of Home Services program. Hours may vary based on operational needs.
Primary duties include:
· Implement treatment and goal plans to support individuals with developmental disabilities.
· Provide direct support to clients and in-house staff; supervise, train, and assist staff as needed.
· Coordinate and manage day-to-day program operations while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
· Monitor client progress and program outcomes; collaborate with the care team to make adjustments that enhance program effectiveness.
· Attend and participate in required client meetings.
· Complete the day of intake process for new clients.
· Provide administrative support, including maintaining program documentation and records.
· Foster strong, supportive relationships with clients, families, and case workers.
Qualifications:
· A) Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; One year of similar, full-time experience working with vulnerable populations (OR)
· B) Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university and two years of similar, full-time experience working with vulnerable population (OR)
· C) Three years of similar, full-time experience working with vulnerable population; One year of case management preferred
Preferred Credentials (not required to apply but must be obtained within 30 days of hire):
· Nurse Assistant Registered (NAR) Credential
· Nurse Delegation Core (9-hr Certificate)
· Residential Core (40-hr Certificate), DSHS Basic Training (75-hr), CNA, HCA
Pay starts at $26.64 hourly, with opportunities for incremental raises based on performance.
