Description

We are seeking a Youth Development Consultant (Advanced Track) to join our leadership and consultancy team.
This role is not an entry-level trainer position . It is designed for individuals who already have training experience and are now ready to step into business development, consultancy with schools, and strategic partnerships .
As a Consultant, you will still contribute to programme facilitation where needed, but your main responsibility will be to engage with school leaders and stakeholders, co-design learning roadmaps, and grow our organisation’s impact through partnerships and consultancy .

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related fields preferred.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or consulting is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative and analytical thinker, able to connect performance gaps with solutions.
  • Adaptable, results-driven, and able to thrive in diverse environments.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for the Youth Development Enthusiast (Trainer) role instead.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with school leaders, teachers, and community stakeholders to identify learning needs and co-create solutions.
  • Drive outreach and business development efforts to expand programme adoption and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee programme delivery standards and ensure consistent quality across trainers.
  • Mentor and support Associate Trainers to strengthen facilitation standards.
  • Contribute to curriculum innovation and new product development.
  • Support the organisation in achieving individual and team performance targets.
