As a Youth Development Consultant , you will not only deliver engaging training programmes, but also mentor and grow associate trainers, manage training operations, and expand the organisation’s reach through partnerships. This role combines training excellence with business development to ensure every programme creates real impact.

This role is best suited for individuals who enjoy both training delivery and outreach , and see themselves building a long-term career in leadership, training, and consultancy.

  • Energetic, approachable, and passionate about youth development.
  • Skilled in facilitation, mentoring, and classroom/group management.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Eager to learn, adapt, and take ownership.
  • Prior youth engagement experience is advantageous, but fresh graduates with the right drive are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver and oversee engaging training sessions across youth development programmes.
  • Mentor and support Training Associates through onboarding, coaching, and continuous professional growth.
  • Manage programme administration and logistics (scheduling, reporting, materials, evaluations).
  • Contribute to curriculum development to ensure alignment with learning objectives and evolving youth needs.
  • Drive outreach and build partnerships with schools, youth organisations, and community stakeholders to expand programme impact.
  • Represent the organisation’s values and uphold training excellence.
