We are actively seeking highly engaged, intentional, and service-oriented individuals for Part-time Youth Development Staff positions. This role is an opportunity to directly impact the lives of children and families by fostering genuine connections, practicing exceptional hospitality, and creating a safe, positive, and enriching environment where every interaction is meaningful. Location: Theses positions are in the West Covina area. Staff must be willing and able to drive in between West Covina schools as needed. Work Schedule: 1:30pm to 6pm Monday through Friday Purpose & Impact: Be a Mentor: Guide children (ages 5-12) through curriculum-aligned activities (STEM, arts, homework). Create Lasting Change: Your committed presence ensures positive social-emotional growth and success for every child. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Age: 18+ years old. Experience: 6 months experience working with children preferred in an after-school, camp, or daycare setting.
