Support Worker – High Intensity Supports

Not every support role is the same.

Some feel rushed. Some feel impersonal. Some expect you to just “get through the shift.”

This isn’t one of those.

We are a small, hands-on NDIS provider building a team where people actually know each other - where you’re supported properly, matched thoughtfully with participants, and given the time and training to do the job well.

The Role

You’ll be supporting participants who have complex and high intensity needs. The work is meaningful, sometimes challenging, and requires attention to detail—but you won’t be doing it alone.

You’ll be part of a consistent team, with clear guidance, structured care plans, and ongoing support behind you.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Providing high intensity, person-centred supports

- Supporting daily living, personal care, and mobility

- Following detailed clinical plans

- Keeping clear, accurate records

- Working within a small, consistent team around each participant

- Completing sleepover shifts as part of the roster

The Kind of Work Involved

This role can include:

- Wound care

- Tracheostomy care

- PEG feeding

- Medication administration

- Manual handling and complex transfers

Who This Role Suits

- Someone who prefers a small, structured team over large, chaotic environments

- Someone who values consistency and building trust with participants

- Someone who takes pride in doing things properly, not just quickly

- Someone reliable, calm under pressure, and willing to learn

- Nursing or allied health students

To be successful in the role you will:

- Hold current First Aid and CPR certifications

- Hold or be enrolled in certificate iii or higher

- Hold a NDIS Worker Screening clearance and Blue Card

- Hold a Class C driver's licence

- Have completed all NDIS worker modules.

- Be patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping others

- Have full working rights in Australia

- Have access to reliable transport, compulsory third party insurance, to utilise and attend shifts/locations and support participants in the community

- Demonstrate a commitment to safety and client dignity in every task

- Availability for sleepover shifts

- Have availability for weekend shifts

What You’ll Notice Working With Us

- Management is accessible and involved

- Expectations are clear, and training is practical

- The focus is on quality care, not cutting corners

If you’re looking for a role where the work matters, the team is consistent, and the support is real, you should apply.
