ABOUT FARMS WORK WONDERS
Farms Work Wonders is a nonprofit social enterprise whose mission is to ignite the spark of curiosity in Appalachian youth so they see themselves and their future in new and exciting ways. Our businesses provide local youth real-life learning experiences, and every dollar generated is reinvested back into the community.
Responsibilities
Participants will be paid to learn, grow, and explore different roles within five established businesses: a farm, a market, a glass studio, a bakery, and a restaurant. The role emphasizes active participation, discovery, and building experiences rather than routine tasks.
