We're currently seeking a compassionate, Youth Family Therapist who is committed to culturally responsive care, values collaboration, and wants to make a tangible impact in the lives of families. Responsibilities Clinically assess client and family mental health needs by collecting, evaluating, and documenting information about the client's situation, personal and family needs, and personal and family strengths. Develop integrated treatment plans in cooperation with the client and other providers, establishing mutually agreed upon goals, expectations and services that build upon client centered strengths and assets. Coordinate and make referrals for needed services in order that each client may function to the best of her/his ability. Perform individual, family and group therapy to assigned clients. Provide crisis intervention as needed for assigned cases and in support of other therapist’s cases when they are not available. Provide case and program consultation to other community caregivers as requested. Provide education and in-service training to community caregivers and the general public. Qualifications Requirements and Qualifications Master's in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Counseling, or Social Work required. Independent professional licensure in the State of MN (LP, LPCC, LMFT, or LICSW) required. Two years of experience working in a multi-disciplinary mental health setting is required. Experience working with children preferred. Valid Driver's License and Proof of Auto Insurance. Why Zumbro Valley Health Center? Pay: $71,000 - $85,000 per year. Compensation is based on years of experience.
