We are committed to supporting vulnerable children and young people experiencing homelessness. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed Youth Homelessness Coordinator to join our Service to help make a real difference, focussing on prevention of homeless strategies and interventions for young people and to:
Develop and maintain partnerships with local agencies, housing providers, and community services
Advocate for children and young people’s rights, and work towards sustainable housing solutions.
Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness and report performance outcomes as part of the Grant programme.
