At Hollyburn Community Services Society we provide a continuum of supports to youth, seniors, individuals and families with social vulnerabilities on the North Shore and we’re looking for people to join our team who want to do the same.
The Youth Housing Worker facilitates a collaborative process with clients, managing comprehensive case files through the Integrated Case Management System (ICM) while supporting clients to achieve sustainable employment outcomes.
Hours: This is a temporary position continuing until March 31, 2026 at 24 hours a week.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A post-secondary certificate, degree or diploma in a relevant field or combination of relevant experience and education (e.g., career or employment development, vocational rehabilitation, social work, psychology, sociology, human services, counselling, education or human resources management.)
• Must complete or hold an acceptable Criminal Record Search Report
• Commitment to the best interests of clients; best practice
• knowledge of trauma informed practices, Substance use, strength based, harm reduction and Anti-Oppressive Practice
• Driver’s license is an asset

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Strong organizational and documentation abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with case management software
• Knowledge of community resources and referral processes
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries while building rapport
