Salary: £25,500 – £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Bonus: Quarterly performance-based incentive scheme

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a passionate, driven, and experienced Youth Centre Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our centre’s operations. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strategic thinking, strong community engagement, and the ability to inspire both young people and a dedicated team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the daily operations and long-term planning of the youth centre
  • Recruit, manage, and develop staff and volunteers
  • Develop and manage budgets, including financial forecasting and reporting
  • Identify, write, and secure grants and funding opportunities
  • Lead on fundraising strategies and campaigns
  • Create and nurture a positive, inclusive, and youth-centred culture
  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate a varied programme of youth activities
  • Engage directly with young people, supporting their personal and social development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, community groups, and stakeholders
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and manage outcomes tied to the quarterly performance scheme
