MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * Education: High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's preferred. * Background Check: Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and any additional required background checks * Valid Driver’s License: Must meet car insurance eligibility requirements (Minimum of 21 years old, at least 4 years of licensed experience, no driving infractions within last 4 years) * Physical Requirements: Ability to work on a computer, walk/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs., and navigate stairs KEY SKILLS & ABILITIES: * Strong communication skills with families, clients, and staff * Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and patient under pressure * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite * Knowledge of clinical and medical terminology (preferred but not required) ---------------------------------------- YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES As a Youth Mental Health Technician (Community Coordinator), you’ll be a vital part of the treatment process, ensuring that clients receive the care, guidance, and support they need. As a Youth Mental Health Technician, you will assist clients with daily activities and ensure a structured environment. You will also monitor client behavior and collaborate with clinical teams to provide necessary support.
