I. QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience
1. High school diploma or GED
2. 18 to 30 years old who has self-identified with firsthand experience with social, emotional, medical, developmental, substance use, and/or behavioral challenges
Skills
1. Ability to advocate for self and others
2. Ability to communicate clearly, including active listening
3. Knowledge of recovery approaches
4. The ability to climb stairs, bend, stoop, sit, stand, reach and lift items weighing 40 lbs.
5. Ability to legally operate a vehicle in NY State
