Position Details Provide quality, youth-centered services that facilitate the healthy development and overall well-being of youth. Services are provided in schools and other community settings and include outreach, group facilitation, program development, and evaluation, including data management. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma-informed care, hope, and evidence-based research. An openness to embrace and explore bias, equity issues, successes, and challenges from a place of understanding and curiosity is needed to succeed and develop in the position/organization.  While the primary service location is listed above, some services may also be provided in Kent, Muskegon, and Ottawa counties. Position Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Social work or related field * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required * Knowledge and understanding of Ottawa and Muskegon County community resources * Experiences leading groups * Certified prevention specialist or willingness to achieve certification required  We recognize that candidates may have unique skills and experiences that are not always reflected in a job description.
