Implementation of Youth Wellness Programs, including mentorship of Mentis’ Teen Leadership Council
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week, non-exempt position with full benefits.
Compensation: $29.00-31.25/hour

Mentis provides bilingual professional mental health services to people in Napa County of every age and income level. We believe equipping our residents with the tools they need to live emotionally healthy, stable lives creates a community of enduring strength. Mentis’ Prevention Division offers a variety of prevention programs within Napa County schools and the community, including the Teens Connect program.
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Mentis is seeking a passionate, youth-centered professional to join our Prevention team as the Youth Programs Coordinator. This position plays a central role in designing, organizing, and facilitating youth engagement initiatives for individuals ages 12–24 across all youth programs offered at the Mentis Wellness Campus, including but not limited to the Teens Connect program and the Mentis Teen Leadership Council.
The ideal candidate is deeply committed to empowering young people, fostering leadership development, and creating inclusive, supportive spaces where youth feel heard, valued, and inspired to thrive. This role requires strong facilitation, mentorship, and organizational skills to ensure that a wide range of youth have access to meaningful, engaging opportunities for wellness, connection, and advocacy.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who is excited to shape and grow a comprehensive suite of youth wellness offerings—nurturing the next generation of mental health leaders and changemakers in Napa County.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
o This vibrant, year-round program equips Napa County high school students to serve as peer mental health advocates through trainings and leadership opportunities. As part of this role, the Youth Programs Coordinator will support Council members as they lead initiatives such as wellness clubs, peer support efforts, and community education campaigns.
