We’re Hiring: Youth Resource Center Staff – Manchester, NH At Waypoint, we believe every young person deserves safety, respect, and support. Our Manchester Emergency Drop-In Center is a lifeline for youth navigating complex challenges, and we’re looking for a Youth Resource Center Staff Member to join our dedicated team. Reporting to the Drop-In Center Supervisor, you’ll work alongside a dynamic group including outreach workers, case managers, and housing program staff. Together, we provide connection, resources, and hope for youth facing homelessness, housing instability, and other barriers. Monday through Friday, first shift, 7:30am-4:00pm. Lunch at noon.  What You’ll Do * Create a welcoming, safe, and accessible space for all youth * Build trust through harm reduction strategies, trauma-informed care, and positive youth development * Support young people in accessing resources such as housing, health, education, and employment * Contribute to a strong, collaborative team culture rooted in radical candor, communication, and cohesion * Assist with day-to-day operations of the center What We’re Looking For * High school diploma or equivalent * 1+ year of related experience (lived experience valued and welcomed) * Experience with vulnerable populations, outreach, sexual health, or behavioral health is a plus * Commitment to equity, inclusion, and supporting youth with compassion and respect * Background check required (previous carceral/legal experiences do not automatically exclude candidates)  Why Join Us? Responsibilities
