What We’re Looking For: The Youth Services Instructor is responsible for delivering Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) and facilitating the eMPower Club Program for youth aged 12 and up. This role includes supervising and supporting individuals in educational, vocational, and habilitation settings, both during school, after school, and on breaks. The instructor will coordinate activities, provide direct support, and foster personal development through individualized and group programming. Salary: $14.50/hour Location: Marion, IN Hours: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hours days *fluctuating hours between 8am-6pm When working with our eMPower club, you will spend your time: Daily Living Support: Assisting with feeding, personal hygiene, and specialized medical care. Relationship Building: Developing trusting relationships with individuals served. Community Outings: Planning and participating in outings along with helping them engage with the community. Life Skills Development: Crafts, games, exercise, and more. Transportation: Transporting individuals to and from facilities in compliance with safety regulations. Record Keeping: Maintaining timely and accurate records for billing, notes, and other documentation. Must pass drug screen, background check, etc. Valid Driver's License Must be able to meet agency insurability requirements Must be able to bend, stoop, or stand for long periods of time. Must also be able to assistance in lifting or transferring individuals to and from wheelchairs. Must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to: gloves, masks, gowns, face shields, shoes, ear plugs, etc. Must be able to follow all required safe and universal precaution practices during a pandemic and as required otherwise.
