Chantilly Forever FC is an established progressive organization with a proven methodology and track record of developing high performance players. We are looking for high energy soccer coaches to lead our academy teams for upcoming 2025/2026 season! Coaching would commence September at tryouts.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of coaching experience with youth players. Must be able to provide a recent clear police check and hold a current valid driver license with a car. Must be high energy, outgoing and able to assist the head coach with delivering sessions to a group of children in a fun way but with attention to details. Must be able to communicate clearly in English. Able to confidently demonstrate and correct technical skills to children at various ability levels from beginner to elite players.
Coaching sessions are at various locations in the Hamilton, Ontario, Canada area. Must be available throughout the year evenings and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS (MINIMUM)

  • Making Ethical Decisions
  • Making Headway & Respect in Soccer
  • C License or equivalent certification
  • Understanding and adoption of the Canada Soccer’s Long-Term Player Development Plan
  • Pro/Semi pro/Varsity playing experience (Preferred)
  • 3 years coaching competitive youth teams (minimum)
  • Must be a resident within the Hamilton region.

  • A team player who can work effectively with all staff, parents and players
  • Strong verbal and communication skills both on the field and electronically
  • Able to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
