Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Soccer Coach at Auriga Football Club. The Soccer Coach will be responsible for overseeing training sessions, developing coaching strategies, organizing drills, and leading team practices. The role also involves providing feedback to players, fostering a positive team environment, and promoting skill development on the field.

Qualifications

• Respect in Sport certification
• Learn to Train (U10-U12)
• Soccer Coaching and Football skills
• Strong Communication and Coaching abilities
• Educational background in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field
• Experience in coaching youth soccer teams
• Knowledge of player development principles
• Passion for working with young players and fostering their growth
• Ability to motivate and inspire players
• Certifications in coaching or relevant fields are a plus
