Depending on the program, you may lead skill-focused training sessions or coach and manage a team during league games. Our goal is simple: create a positive environment where kids can learn soccer and enjoy the game. What You'll Do Lead fun practices focused on soccer fundamentals and skill development Coach teams during games, ensuring all players receive fair playing time Referee youth games when needed Encourage teamwork, confidence, and good sportsmanship Help athletes of all skill levels feel included and supported Communicate positively with players and parents Set up and take down fields and equipment before and after programs What We're Looking For Experience playing soccer (recreational, school, or club level) Positive, energetic personality Comfortable leading groups of kids Ability to coach, encourage, and manage a team Reliable and able to commit to the full season (6 weeks) Weekend availability required Ideal Candidates Former high school or college soccer players College students studying education, sports, or kinesiology Coaches looking to gain experience Anyone passionate about soccer and working with kids Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour With over 3.5 million registrations in communities across the country, i9 Sports is the nation's largest multi-sport provider focused solely on high-quality, community-based youth sports programs.
