Description Job Title: Youth Soccer Referee Status: part-time, Y Job Grade 2 Wage: $15.00/hr hour DOE Reports to: Director of Youth Sports Program Dates: Sundays from 11:45 am to 5:00 pm/ April 19th to May 31st Subject to a twelve-month probationary period POSITION SUMMARY: The Missoula YMCA Youth Soccer League seeks referees who know the game of soccer and can officiate in a positive, calm, instructive manner. The goal is for players to have fun and learn the game in an encouraging environment. Referees should keep control of the games to ensure a safe playing environment for all. Must be able to thrive in an environment with the unique challenges of a non-profit community service organization. Works with general supervision. The Missoula Y is an equal opportunity employer.
