As the Youth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: * Provide proper personal care, scheduling and supervision to ensure the health, welfare and safety of clients and, if appropriate, their children. * Plan and implement a well-balanced residential program of formal and informal group living experiences with the residents. * Work as a member of the residential staff to ensure continuity of residential care. * Implement house rules and program policies with clients. * Assess residents’ overall participation and adjustment in the residential program.
