These are ongoing openings, and we welcome applicants for part-time, weekend, and per diem roles. Shifts vary.  As the Youth Specialist & Child Care Worker, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:   * Provide daily care, supervision, and emotional support to residents and their children (if applicable) * Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all residents at all times * Supervise youth during visits with family members or identified visitors, following Family Plans and case plans * Plan and implement a balanced daily routine and group living experiences * Provide coverage at any CMS residential program as assigned * Transport clients to school, medical appointments, court dates, visitation, or other activities   Youth Specialist & Child Care Worker Minimum Salary: $ 17.00/hour   Youth Specialist & Child Care Worker Maximum Salary: $ 21.00/hour   Youth Specialist & Child Care Worker Schedule: Please see below Note: During the interview process, hiring managers will discuss your availability, experience, and shift preferences to identify the best fit.
