What does your company do? Job Summary The Game Day Administrator – Youth Sports serves as the main point of contact at the central tent during youth sports events. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations, recognizing sportsmanship, and supporting both coaches and families throughout the day. Responsibilities Greet and check in all coaches upon arrival. Maintain accurate records of team and coach check-ins. Coordinate and take photos of sportsmanship award winners. Serve as the go-to resource for parents, players, and coaches with questions or concerns. Provide clear communication and direct families to fields, restrooms, concessions, or other areas as needed. Support league staff with any game-day logistics as assigned. Represent the organization with professionalism and positivity at all times. Qualifications Strong communication and people skills. Organized and dependable, with attention to detail. Comfortable in a fast-paced, outdoor sports environment. Ability to work weekends during the sports season.
