Are you energetic, creative, and passionate about working with children and teens? Join our international team aboard MSC Cruises and help create unforgettable vacation experiences for families from around the world.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience working with children or teens (e.g. summer camps, after-school programs, teaching, childcare).
• Fluency in English AND German at minimum A2 level.
• A positive, outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to live and work onboard a cruise ship for 7 months.
• Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must meet maritime medical requirements (company will guide you through the process).
• Previous cruise or travel experience is a plus, but not required.

• Organize and lead age-appropriate activities for children and teens (from 3 to 17 years old).
• Ensure a fun, safe, and welcoming environment at all times.
• Engage with children through games, crafts, sports, and themed events.
• Support themed parties and family events onboard.
• Collaborate with international team members under the supervision of the Youth Program Manager.
• Assist in handling any child-related concerns in a professional and caring manner.
• Follow company safety and hygiene protocols.
