Cotswold Chine School, part of Novalis Trust, is a charity that supports children with Neurodevelopmental Difficulties. Youth Support Workers are pivotal in creating and supporting tailored activities for young people. As a Youth Support Worker your personality and creativity will be key in shaping and helping children pursue personal aspirations.

Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Encouraging young people to engage in a variety of clubs and offsite trips.
  • Planning, organising, and running half term programmes.

(All of which promote social development)

Requirements for the role:
The role would ideally suit someone with previous experience in sports coaching/ young people’s mentoring/ performing arts/creative activities;
or
who holds a qualification in Psychology/Sports and Exercise /Sports Coaching/ Youth and Community/Working with Children & Families.
