Responsibilities * Provides direct care and supports to up to five residents, including supervision, meal preparation and transportation to appointments and activities. * Assists with the development and implementation of individualized treatment for each resident. * Collaboratives with team members to ensure consistent and effective delivery of therapeutic care. * Participates in staff meetings, trainings, and other career development activities. * Maintains accurate and complete resident records, including progress notes and incident reports.
