We are seeking confident, capable, and compassionate individuals with a strong commitment to safeguarding and a genuine passion for supporting Children Looked After and Care Leavers. You will be skilled and experienced, with the qualifications necessary to deliver exceptional care and support.

  • Proven experience working with vulnerable young people, including a track record in safeguarding and promoting well-being.
  • Relevant qualifications in health and social care, youth work, or a related field.
  • Skills in supporting young people to develop independence, manage challenges, and build confidence.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to build trusting relationships that inspire young people to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities

As a Youth Support Worker, you will:

  • Provide tailored, high-quality support to young people, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
  • Deliver structured key work sessions, focusing on life skills, independence, and well-being.
  • Ensure a safe and nurturing environment, in line with safeguarding protocols and Ofsted Quality Standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, local authorities, and external agencies to achieve the best outcomes for young people.
  • Model positive behaviour and boundaries while building strong, meaningful relationships.
